4 Stage Overview!

4 Stage Overview!

At 121 we have a number of different options for you to take your business to the next level. They all, however, follow a simple format:

Stage 1: Diagnosis and Commitment.  At this stage we will talk either face to face (depending on the program selected) or on the phone and may support this via e:mail. This will be centred around you and your business. Essentially this is an information gathering stage about you. We are looking at specific issues you have now, your current business performance such as sales, profits and various business issues that may be frustrating you. We then get a basic outline of where you want to take the business in what timeframe and whether you now see the benefit of us working together. Most astute business owners can quickly identify the potential of our working together during this meeting and will decide there and then whether this is for them. There is no charge for this initial stage as this meeting is also an opportunity for us to assess your suitability as a coaching client and the type of programme that will suit you best. Most people find this stage enlightening in itself. At this point we will gain commitment from you prior to moving to stage 2.

Stage 2: In depth breakdown of your business and creation of your tailor made Business Growth plan. This will vary as to the programme you select, however it is essential that we have a clear path ahead and that both sides fully understand our objectives or you and your business.  In essence we map out precisely what you need to put in place in your business to get the results you desire. We will again agree commitment for stage 3 .

Stage 3: Coaching and Solutions. Every business is different. At this point we will decide on the frequency of the coaching and what form it will take (face to face, by phone, e:mail, group etc). Again this is tailor made to your requirements.

Stage 4: Evaluation and Feed Back. Coaching is a ‘fluid’ process and most business owners find that to address a single issue we may have to address a number of side issues first. None of our programmes are ‘quick fixes’ and as such we need to ensure that there is ongoing evaluation and feedback on both sides to make sure that you are getting the most from our relationship together. We also find that sometimes, once a number of initial frustrations have been addressed, your goal posts may move or change – especially as other marketing and sales avenues in the business open up.
